Affiliate Terms
These terms describe how the Azurion Wellness affiliate program works, what affiliates may and may not say, and how commissions are earned, held, reversed and paid. They apply to every approved affiliate.
1. Eligibility
Affiliates must be at least 18 years old, hold an Azurion Wellness customer account with a verified email address, and be able to receive payouts in a supported method.
Affiliates are independent participants. Participation does not create employment, agency, partnership or exclusivity of any kind.
2. Manual approval
Every application is reviewed manually. Approval is at Azurion Wellness's sole discretion, and an application may be declined or paused for more information without further explanation.
Affiliate codes and referral links are issued only after approval and remain the property of Azurion Wellness.
3. Accurate promotion
Affiliates must describe Azurion Wellness products truthfully and only using the wording, imagery and documentation published by Azurion Wellness.
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in every promotion, in line with applicable advertising rules.
4. Prohibited medical claims
Affiliates may not state or imply that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, prevents or mitigates a disease or medical condition.
5. Prohibited treatment claims
Affiliates may not present products as a therapy, protocol, prescription substitute or medical intervention, and may not describe personal or third-party treatment outcomes.
6. No dosing or administration guidance
Affiliates may not publish dosages, schedules, reconstitution instructions, injection guidance or any other administration advice.
7. No false regulatory claims
Affiliates may not claim or imply FDA approval, clearance, registration or endorsement, or that any product is approved for human or veterinary use.
8. No fake reviews
Affiliates may not create, purchase, incentivize or coordinate reviews or ratings, and may not post reviews while concealing the affiliate relationship.
9. No misleading testimonials
Testimonials must be genuine, unedited in substance, and free of outcome claims. Composite, scripted or invented experiences are prohibited.
10. No brand impersonation
Affiliates may not present themselves as Azurion Wellness, register confusing domains, social handles or ad accounts, or use the brand in a way that suggests official ownership.
11. No spam
Unsolicited email, SMS, direct messages, comment spam, forum spam and purchased traffic are prohibited. Paid advertising requires prior written approval.
12. No cookie stuffing
Setting referral attribution without a genuine, intentional customer click — including forced redirects, hidden iframes, pop-unders or automated clicks — is prohibited and voids commissions.
13. No unauthorized coupon-site posting
Affiliate codes may not be submitted to coupon, deal, cashback or extension networks without written approval.
14. No self-referrals
Affiliates may not use their own code for their own purchases, or for orders placed by their household, business or accounts under their control, unless self-referrals are explicitly enabled in program settings.
15. Refund and chargeback reversals
Commissions are reversed in proportion to any refund, and are held or reversed in full when a chargeback or dispute is opened. Reversals may create a negative balance that is offset against future commissions.
16. Payout schedule
Commissions become payable only after the program hold period has elapsed and the referred order has not been refunded or disputed.
Payouts are issued manually on the published schedule, once the balance meets the minimum payout threshold and any required tax documentation is on file.
17. Tax responsibility
Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying all taxes on commissions earned, and for supplying accurate tax information when requested.
18. Suspension
Azurion Wellness may suspend an affiliate account, deactivate a code and place commissions on hold at any time while reviewing suspected policy violations or unusual referral activity.
19. Termination
Either party may end participation at any time. Commissions tied to violations, fraud or reversed orders are forfeited, and codes stop working when an account is closed.
20. Program changes
Commission rates, discounts, attribution windows, hold periods, payout schedules and eligibility rules may change. Changes apply to referrals recorded after the change takes effect.
21. No guaranteed earnings
Azurion Wellness makes no representation about how much any affiliate will earn. Earnings depend entirely on genuine customer purchases and may be zero.
